Zenbu Sushi with its lavish atmosphere and one-of-a-kind sushi bar, has called Cadiff by the Sea home since 2000. Driven by a concept of oceanic and environmental sustainability, Zenbu relies on its own local seafood company, Ocean Giant, to provide fresh fish daily. Behind this eco-friendly concept is owner/founder Matt Rimel.
Zenbu is connected to Rimals, so expect more than just a sushi menu. They are also known for DJs, and live music several nights a week.
